Industry Application

Pre-Package Inspection:

Metal Detector: Techik has a wide range of conveyor metal detector with different tunnel sizes for detecting the metal contaminants inside the loose products before package. If space is available, Techik gravity fall metal detector can be also used.

X-ray: Techik bulk X-ray inspection system is specially designed for the loose products which can detect the small metal contaminants and non-metal contaminants (glass, ceramic, stone etc.) mixed in the products. With the multi-lane air jet rejector system, it can eject the contaminants effectively and accurately to guarantee the minimum waste of products.

After-Package Inspection:

Metal Detector: Techik conveyor metal detector can be used for detecting metal contaminants in non-metallic packages. Wide range of tunnel sizes is available for small and big packages.

X-ray: Techik X-ray inspection machines can be used to check metal contaminants, ceramic, glass, stone and other high density contaminants inside the package. Wide tunnel X-ray is also available for carton packed products. Different rejector systems are available for different kinds of packages.
Checkweigher: Techik in-line checkweigher has high stability, high speed and high accuracy. It can be used to check whether the products have qualified weight. Over weight and under weight products can be ejected to different places by two rejectors. Metal detector and checkweigher combo machine can be used for small pouch products for metal contaminants detection and weight check in one machine.

Inspection for Bottled/Canned/Jarred products

Metal Detector: Techik conveyor metal detector can be used for vegetable/fruit juice in plastic bottle and vegetable/fruit in glass jar before capping for metal contaminants detection. Techik sauce metal detector can be also used for vegetable/fruit juice in-line detection before filling.

X-ray: Techik has a complete X-ray solution for bottled/canned/jarred products which includes inclined single beam X-ray, dual-beam X-ray and triple beam X-ray. It can achieve glass in glass and metal in metal detection to ensure product quality. Filling level inspection is also available. The special frame design makes it easy to connect with existed production line.

Checkweigher: Techik in-line checkweigher has high stability, high speed and high accuracy. It can be used to check whether the products have qualified weight. Reverse flipper rejector can ensure that NG products being ejected in standing condition.
